New Funding News!!
DEX would like to say a huge thank you to The National Lottery Community Fund for awarding us a £9.5k grant!
This funding means we can start running monthly events for our DEX Deaf Youth Hub (DDYH) for 11-17 year olds!
The group is so important – parents tell us their deaf young people have grown in confidence, learnt new skills, developed a stronger deaf identity and have made new friends by attending the DDYH! The group is growing quickly at the moment and we know how happy they’ll be with the news!
We will keep working hard to continue growing the group and make sure it can keep going in 2024!
