For 11-17 year olds
The DDYH (DEX Deaf Youth Hub) is for deaf young people between the ages of 11 and 17 who live in West Yorkshire.
DDYH
- The events are usually held every two months during the weekend in different locations around West Yorkshire.
- We do lots of fun activities like; visit outdoor activity centres, bowling, making pizzas and lots more!
- There will always be interpreters to support everyone to chat and make friends!
- The events are always FREE!
- If you’re struggling with travel costs we can help.

- All attendees will need permission from their parent or guardian.
- All staff are DBS checked and events are risk assessed.

Joint DDYC and DDYH Event January 2024
Members of the DDYC and DDYH went to see a BSL interpreted performance of Cinderella at the Victoria Theatre in Halifax earlier this month. They had a fantastic time and we're hoping to do the same thing next year!
