- DEX has 28 years of experience and is led by a Board who are all deaf, and a staff team with either personal or significant professional experience of deafness.
- DEX has conducted its own extensive research studies. It was previously represented at national level on the UK Council of Deafness, the Institute of BSL, and worked with the Department for Education, and the DWP.
